Employee requirements
What will you do?
You will consult clients in the salon, by phone and online.
You will find out the needs of clients and help them choose the most suitable solution.
You will prepare commercial offers.
You will monitor orders from the first contact to successful implementation.
You will work with the CRM system.
You will build long-term relationships with clients.
What do we expect?
Sales experience (in the field of interior, furniture or construction - an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented.
Responsibility and initiative.
Ability to independently plan your work.
Good computer skills.
Lithuanian.
Russian and (or) English - an advantage.
