You will be responsible for:
- Active work with existing clients – building relationships, finding and offering solutions;
- Searching for new clients in the B2B segment, understanding their needs and assessing opportunities;
- Preparing commercial offers, contracts, pricing, budgets, negotiating terms;
- Planning and visiting client visits;
- Monitoring client payments and profitability;
- Cooperation with production, logistics, design and technology teams;
- Monitoring the market, finding new opportunities and providing insights for development;
- Solving emerging challenges, maintaining contact and building trust with the client.
We hope that by joining us:
- You have a university or higher education in management, business administration or a similar field;
- You are an experienced and active B2B sales manager. Experience in the field of production, industry or technical solutions would be an advantage;
- You are able to proactively build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers;
- You are responsible, driven, goal-oriented, able to work in a team;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You work with MsOffice programs. We would consider experience with Dynamics 365, KIWI plan an advantage;
- You have category B.
