Nature of work:
- Active sales of financial / banking services (B2B);
- Building long-term relationships with business customers and partners;
- Developing and maintaining a partner network (intermediaries, business partners, referral channels);
- Understanding customers' financial service needs and clearly presenting the value of the company's solutions;
- Managing the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Analyzing market and customer needs, improving offers;
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve the best customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
- Work experience with financial, banking or payment services;
- Understanding of the principles of operation of financial products and the regulatory environment;
- Ability to independently create and develop a network of partners;
- Ability to independently plan activities and achieve results;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to clearly present the value of solutions to business clients;
- Good knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level).
