The rapidly growing "Hourly" team, part of the Civinity group of companies, is looking for a sales manager to join our team and be responsible for finding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and managing the entire sales process.

Activities that await
- Search for new clients, establish and maintain relationships with them;
- Cooperation with existing clients, maintain long-term relationships;
- Management of the sales process from the first contact to the signing of the contract;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Negotiations with clients;
- Preparation, renewal, review of contracts;
- Tracking and control of client settlements;
- Active cooperation with other team members.
- What do we expect?
- Experience in B2B sales or business development;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Independence, initiative, responsibility;
- Ability to plan your work and achieve results;
- Analytical thinking;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and/or Russian would be an advantage;
- Category B driver's license.
