Sales Manager

Manpower client Esperanza Lake Resort is a remote luxury retreat in the heart of Lithuania, where nature and design subtly merge, creating an atmosphere of light peace and harmony. Located on the shores of Lake Unguris, surrounded by untouched forest, the resort combines a 5* hotel, restaurant complex and SPA and attracts both Lithuanian and foreign guests every day.

The company is expanding its team and invites a Sales Manager to join and become an ambassador of this unique place - someone who helps build relationships, attract business clients, partners and guests, and contributes to making every visit to the resort not just a vacation, but an unforgettable experience.

What will you do?

• You will actively present and sell hotel, restaurant and SPA services, looking for new opportunities and long-term partners;
• Interact with guests and clients, ensuring their needs are understood, communication is seamless and the experience is top notch;
• Collaborate with the SPA, restaurant, kitchen and hotel teams to ensure every part of the guest's journey is flawless.
• Coordinate various types of events - from business meetings and conferences to private celebrations and special occasions - taking care of the entire process from planning to implementation;
• Nurture relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new segments and partners.

We expect from you:

• Experience in active sales in the hotel, restaurant, event or SPA sector - understand the needs of both business and individual clients and are able to build relationships that last;
• Fluent in Lithuanian and fluent in English; additional languages would be a nice advantage;
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and openness to working with reservation systems. Experience with Opera Cloud would be a valuable plus;
• Organization and ability to easily find a way to cooperate - both with guests and internal teams;
• Quick orientation in situations and the ability to solve issues before they become problems;
• High service culture and natural connection - the ability to represent a place where every experience is exceptional.
