Pleasant, prompt and high-quality customer service in person and by phone
Sales of the company's products by phone and e-mail - responding to customer inquiries and providing offers
Receiving and coordinating orders
Control of the receipt, sale and balance of goods sold
Issuing invoices, supervising settlements and working with the cash register
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the sales area

Knowledge of English and/or Russian (advantage)
