What do we expect from you?
- Sales experience working with business customers (B2B);
- Want to grow in sales and IT;
- Communicative, curious and responsible;
- Ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English and/or Russian;
- Category B driver's license.
An advantage if:
- Have experience in the HoReCa sector;
- Have worked with the Restera (r_keeper) program;
- Fluently communicate in English and/or Russian.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process: from the first contact with the client to the signing of the contract;
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate and conclude contracts;
- Maintain contact with clients after the sale: ask how they are doing and help resolve any issues that arise;
- Search for new business opportunities and expand the customer base;
- Monitor the market and help the team seize new opportunities;
- Work according to the company's values, while maintaining your own personal style.
