About the position:
Stafferty’s client is a company that has been operating in the beauty industry for over 10 years, helping beauty salons, clinics and SPA centers grow and offer professional beauty solutions to their clients. The company represents international cosmetics manufacturers, organizes training and builds long-term partnerships with beauty specialists.
The company is currently expanding its team and invites a sales manager to join, who loves active sales, is able to establish contact with customers and wants to contribute to business growth.

Nature of work
- Actively seek new clients and partners – beauty salons, clinics, cosmetologists and SPA centers.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify client needs and offer the most suitable products and solutions.
- Consult cosmetologists on professional cosmetic products and their use.
- Represent the company's products during client visits, seminars and events.
- Expand the client portfolio, manage the sales process and achieve the set goals.
- Cooperate with the training team to ensure high-quality customer service and successful partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of active sales experience.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to regularly travel to meetings with clients throughout Lithuania.
- Experience in the field of professional cosmetics, cosmetology or aesthetic medicine.
