Sales Manager

Good design has its own story. A good sales manager knows how to tell it, understand the client's needs and help make a decision.

We are inviting someone to join the SIMETRIA team who is interested in furniture, lighting and interior design, enjoys communicating and is focused on a specific result of work - successful sales and a returning client.

1. You will consult with salon clients, find out their needs and help them choose furniture and lighting solutions.

2. You will prepare commercial offers: select products, coordinate packages, calculate prices and present offers to clients.

3. You will actively work with offers - maintain contact with clients, answer questions, negotiate conditions and seek to complete the sale.

4. You will build long-term relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.

5. You will communicate with manufacturer representatives regarding products, their application and technical information.

6. You will record agreements and sales progress in the CRM system, transfer accurate order information to orders and logistics colleagues.

7. You will contribute to the salon exposition and product presentation - so that the space helps to get to know the design and make choices.

1. You have experience in sales and customer consultation. Working with furniture, lighting or other interior products is a big advantage.

2. You know how to listen, clearly argue and communicate professionally both in person and in writing.

3. You take the initiative: you contact, remind about the offer, offer an alternative and guide the client towards a solution.

4. You calculate accurately, are attentive to details and are able to work with price lists and technical information.

5. You independently plan work, adhere to agreements and take responsibility for the result.

6. You work well on a computer and speak English, which is necessary for communicating with manufacturers.

7. You are interested in design and want to know the products you sell.

1.Work with international design brands, including FLOS, Desalto, Living Divani, MOOOI, Tom Dixon and Kartell.

2.Introductory training, peer support and the opportunity to deepen your knowledge at manufacturer trainings and product presentations.

3.Various sales tasks – from selecting a single client to assembling furniture and lighting for interior projects.
