Description
We are looking for an active and result-oriented sales manager with experience in HVAC and plumbing and who is willing to join our professional team. In this position, you will be responsible for customer consultation, negotiations, selection of technical solutions, project calculations and sales development.

Nature of work
- Customer consulting and service: Professional customer service in the showroom, by phone and e-mail, clarification of needs and selection of optimal HVAC and plumbing solutions.
- Technical work and calculations: Reading drawings, project calculations and cooperation with installers and technicians.
- Sales process management: Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts in the B2B and B2C segments.
- Partnership and communication support: Strengthening long-term relationships with existing customers and searching for new opportunities in the market.
- Order administration: Smooth tracking of orders from the initial inquiry to the final delivery of goods to the customer.
Requirements
- Work experience in the field of plumbing and/or HVAC;
- Ability to read drawings and perform project calculations;
- Politeness, excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills;
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Receptiveness to new information, desire to improve and delve into the specifics of production;
- Independence, responsible attitude to work and ability to work smoothly with installers/technicians.
