Active search for new customers and delivery of service services.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Consulting customers on technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair services.
Preparing commercial offers, coordinating prices and conditions according to the granted powers.
Solving daily customer issues, transferring technical claims to responsible specialists and monitoring their progress.
Entering and administering customer information in the company's system.
Preparing agreed reports and providing suggestions for improving customer service and sales processes.

What we expect from candidates
Technical understanding of truck repair and maintenance.
Experience in transportation, heavy transport or related field.
Experience working with parts catalogs and pricing would be a great advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Lithuanian, Russian would be an advantage.
Good computer skills.
Sales result orientation, initiative and ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
