Sales Manager (Agricultural and Construction Machinery)

Our client is the official representative of a world-renowned construction and agricultural machinery brand in Lithuania. The company works with business and private clients, offering both equipment sales and rental solutions. Currently, the client is expanding, therefore they are looking for an active, energetic Sales Manager who wants to grow together.

What will you do in this job?

• You will represent a world-renowned equipment that clients have trusted for many years.
• You will actively look for new clients (in the construction, agricultural, industrial sectors) - you will call, go to meetings, look for the best individual solutions.
• You will submit commercial proposals, participate in negotiations, tenders and public procurements.
• You will communicate with existing clients and take care of maintaining long-term cooperation.
• You will solve problems and look for the most suitable solutions for each client.
• You will analyze client needs, prepare reports and share insights with the team.

What do we expect from you?

• You have experience in active sales - this would be a great advantage.
• You are communicative, persistent, like challenges and strive for results.
• You are willing to visit clients and know how important live contact is.
• You are able to react quickly, negotiate and find solutions even in difficult situations.
• You know how to plan your time and work both in a team and independently.
• You communicate well in English.
• You have a B category driver's license.
