Sales Manager (High Ticket Closer)

We are looking for a sales manager who will conduct conversations with an already interested audience. Cold calls are made by a separate team - they put agreements directly into your CRM calendar. Your work begins where a cold contact ends.

Avg. 4-5 new contacts per day. Salary is min. 1000 eur + % from closing deals. Commission percentage increases proportionally to the results of that month.

What specifically will you do:

• Conduct scheduled conversations with potential clients (video or phone) who have already expressed interest
• Understand the client's situation, needs and budget, assess whether we can really help
• Present commercial offers
• Conduct negotiations until the deal is closed
• Neatly fill in CRM: conversation summaries, next steps, follow-up contacts
• Stay in touch with clients after sending the offer until a decision is made
• Provide feedback to the cold call team about the quality of contacts

Initially, you will work with the Lithuanian market, so all conversations will be conducted in Lithuanian. In the near future, we plan to expand to foreign markets, so your English must be at a level that allows you to conduct negotiations and write offers without assistance.

We work with artificial intelligence solutions, so in the first months you will need to seriously delve into the product. No technical background is required, but you do need a desire to understand what you are selling.

• Sales experience (B2B advantage)
• Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to conduct a structured conversation, not improvise
• Discipline to work with CRM and meet follow-up deadlines
• Willingness to delve into the technical product

Compensation is based on commissions from sales "Close". Average 4-5 "warm leads" per day.
