SALES MANAGER

We invite a SALES MANAGER with experience in renewable energy to join the team. Active sales of solar power plant solutions and storage systems (BESS) to private and business customers; Calculation of the offer and selection of the best engineering solution for customers; Conclusion of contracts with customers; Knowledge of the market and product portfolio, interest in the latest technologies; Maintaining high quality customer service. Consulting customers on various issues of installing solar power plants, consulting on solar energy solutions, preparing commercial offers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, searching for new customers and building long-term relationships. Coordination of the sales process from signing the contract to project implementation, preparation of documentation.

Active direct communication with B2B and B2C clients, data entry, analysis of their needs.
Client consulting, needs analysis, selection of solutions
Analysis, evaluation of clients' and competitors' actions, market, forecasting of market development trends.
Preparation of proposals, participation, conducting negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
Organization of the sales process from the first contact to the implementation of the project.
Cooperation, coordination of work with the team of installation and technical specialists.
Attracting new clients from the Private and Business segments, developing and applying retention methods.

Knowledge or experience in renewable energy is an advantage.
Good negotiation skills and ability to convince customers.
Communicative, responsible, result-oriented, ability to work independently..
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Representativeness. Basics of ethics and aesthetics, communication skills.
Creative, independent approach to solving issues of organizing the sales process.
Category B driver's license is required.
