Nature of work
- Working with existing customers of the company and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Searching for new customers and expanding the customer base.
- Delivery and consulting of dental materials, instruments and equipment.
- Regular visits to dentists and dental clinics.
- Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations and coordinating the sales process.
- Implementing sales goals and analyzing customer needs.
- Monitoring market innovations and presenting them to customers.
Employee requirements
- Successful sales experience (B2B sales experience would be an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve set results.
- Initiative, responsibility and customer orientation.
- Good computer skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written) - essential.
- Knowledge of Russian - an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common company goals.
- Understanding of the importance of long-term relationships with customers and a responsible approach to the company's common goals.
