Employee requirements
Higher or higher education (in economics, finance, business management, law or similar field - an advantage). Experience in the field of insurance, finance, sales or customer service is an advantage.
Knowledge of insurance products and the market.
Ability to analyze customer needs and select the most suitable insurance solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Orientation to results and meeting customer needs.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
Knowledge of the Lithuanian language, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages - an advantage.
Knowledge of insurance products and the market.
