About the position and job functions:
HZ GLOBAL RECRUITMENT is expanding its team and invites an ambitious, proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to join us, who will contribute to the company's growth in Lithuania and Western European markets.

· You will actively contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and its implementation.
· You will independently plan and develop sales activities in the Lithuanian and Western European markets.
· You will look for new business opportunities and attract new customers.
· You will analyze the market, competitive environment and provide proposals for sales and pricing solutions.
· You will prepare project estimates according to technical and design documentation.
· You will prepare commercial offers for existing and potential customers.
· You will participate in negotiations, coordinate commercial terms of contracts and seek the most favorable solutions for the company.
· You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
· You will coordinate the management of commercial offers, estimates and related information.
· You will represent HZ GLOBAL RECRUITMENT at international exhibitions, business events and meetings with customers.
