Nature of work
- Work location in Kaunas or Panevėžys;
- Sales of flat glass products and glass units;
- Administration of existing client portfolio and maintenance of long-term relationships in Lithuania and abroad;
- Search for new clients;
- Analysis of client needs, consulting and preparation of individual solution proposals;
- Coordination of orders, projects and production processes from inquiry to implementation;
- Cooperation with internal teams (production, logistics, design);
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, solving problems and constantly improving service quality;
Required skills, knowledge
- Higher or higher education (preferably technical, managerial or similar);
- Experience in sales, project management or customer service, working with B2B customers (advantage – in glass, construction, manufacturing or similar fields).
- Knowledge of English, Russian – an advantage;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Responsibility, independence, ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Good computer skills (AutoCAD – an advantage, but not a necessity).

Salary
