- Preparation of estimates and commercial offers
- Inquiries and comparison of material and subcontractor prices
- Communication with customers and potential customers
- Presentation and negotiations of offers
- Coordination of commercial terms of contracts
- Accounting for the quantities of work performed and work documentation
- Recording and pricing of additional work
- Project budget and profitability control
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of HVAC and/or water supply and wastewater.
- Ability to read technical projects, drawings and specifications.
- Ability to calculate the quantities of work and materials.
- Experience in preparing estimates and commercial proposals.
- Understanding of HVAC, VN systems installation technologies and materials used.
- Ability to independently assess the cost and profitability of the project.
- Experience in communicating with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ability to negotiate prices and commercial terms.
- Ability to document completed work and control the quantities of completed work.
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good skills in working with Excel.
- Category B driver's license.
