Nature of work
You will be responsible for project sales to dairy farms in the Western Lithuania region.
Main functions:
Main functions:
- Active sales of "farm" equipment in the Western Lithuania region (Tauragės, i and the surrounding area)
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
- Searching for new customers, identifying and developing market opportunities
- Preparing and implementing sales plans
- Representing the company in the market, strengthening the brand
- Visits to customers (farms), consulting and proposing solutions
- Monitoring the market, customer needs and competitors and providing information to the team
- Higher education (preferably in agriculture, veterinary, engineering, mechanics or similar field)
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Driver's license
- English (at least B2 level), Russian language – an advantage
- Experience in the dairy sector – an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve results
- Commercial thinking and customer orientation
