Sales Manager at Tele2 showroom in Šilalė

We are currently looking for a sales manager to join the active sales team at the Tele2 showroom in Šilalė.

We hope that you will be interested in:

• actively talk to the customer in person or by phone, explain their needs and sell the most suitable services and products;
• turn each customer's request into an opportunity to offer them the most suitable products and services;
• actively call existing customers by phone, make contract extensions/sell additional services and products;
• educate customers and ensure that they keep up with telecommunications innovations;
• maintain order and cleanliness in the showroom.

We hope that you:

• have experience in sales and/or customer service, you like it and are successful at it (sales experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
• are willing to learn sales - dare to practice, make mistakes and grow from it;
• are interested in technologies, can talk about them simply and understandably;
• willing to take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• have excellent Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written).

Salary "Without a ceiling"!

For the first 4 months, the salary is not less than 1500 EUR (excluding taxes), after 4 months, the salary is 1200 EUR or 1500 EUR (excluding taxes) and more. The amount paid depends on the employee's work results. Those who work part-time earn 4900 EUR (before taxes) and more.
