• Ensure smooth sales activities and provide consultations
• Present new projects
• Actively cooperate with clients on housing purchase and sale issues
• Prepare price offers
• Organize notarial actions
• Hand over new housing to clients

• You have successful previous sales experience (in the real estate sector would be an advantage)
• You are characterized by consistent customer focus, initiative and independence at work
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, you are focused on cooperation
• You are able to ensure smooth sales activities when working with systems
• You have a good command of Lithuanian, you can communicate in English, Russian
• Good relations with customers and team members are important to you, you are a positive personality
• You have a driver's license (category B)

The offered salary is from 2800 to 3500 EUR gross (depending on competencies).
