Sales Manager (with a focus on training and team building)
What you need to do:
Managing a team of sales operators
Adaptation and training of new employees
Training, call analysis and practical sessions
Development and implementation of training materials, scripts and sales standards
Quality control of KPI implementation and communication
Individual work with employees: mentoring, coaching, skill development
Analysis of team indicators and formulation of recommendations for improving results
Employee motivation and involvement in department goals
Interaction with HR and personnel development manager

Experience in sales from 3 years
Team management experience from 1 year
Practical experience in training or mentoring employees
Understanding sales methods and modern adult learning methods
Presentation and training skills
Ability to analyze team effectiveness
Strong communication and leadership skills qualities
Energy, initiative and result orientation
This would be an advantage
Experience in developing a training system in the sales department
Skills in working with CRM systems
Experience in a call center or active sales
Proficiency in call and feedback quality assessment tools
