Nature of work
- Knowledge of the technical characteristics of STIHL and other represented products and continuous improvement of knowledge;
- Professional customer consultation and service in the physical store, by phone and via electronic channels;
- Preparation of commercial offers and coordination of sales processes;
- Maintenance of the product range, monitoring of product balances and making proposals for replenishment of the range;
- Administration of the electronic store: updating product information, preparation and maintenance of product descriptions and technical data;
- Administration of orders and ensuring smooth customer service;
- Active participation in achieving sales goals and improving customer experience.
We hope you:
- You have sales or customer service experience;
- You are able to quickly absorb technical information and clearly convey it to customers;
- You are interested in and have good knowledge of garden, forestry, construction equipment products (an advantage);
- You are communicative, responsible and result-oriented;
- You know how to work with a computer and easily understand the operation of electronic systems;
- You have good communication and organizational skills.
