Sales manager

UAB "Implamedika" is a reliable, growing supplier of medical equipment and materials, cooperating with the highest level of dental clinics and specialists.

We are currently inviting an experienced Sales Manager with experience in the medical sector to join our team, who will be responsible for the sales of dental implants and related medical products and maintaining relationships with customers throughout Lithuania.

Job type: Full-time.

Scope of work: All of Lithuania (active work with customers in the regions, meetings with doctors and clinic representatives).

Your responsibilities:
Active sales of dental implants and medical products throughout Lithuania;

Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with dental clinics, dentists and oral surgeons;

Searching for new customers, analyzing market needs and searching for new sales opportunities;

Preparing commercial offers, conducting negotiations and concluding contracts;

Presentation of the company and represented products at events, seminars and exhibitions;

Close cooperation with the company's internal team.

Work experience in the field of medical products/equipment sales is required (experience in dentistry is a big advantage);

Excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills;

Result-oriented, independent, ability to effectively plan your time and routes;

Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage);

Driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel to meetings throughout Lithuania.

3000 €/mon. net
+ additional bonuses depending on the sales results achieved.
