- Management of existing client portfolio - consistent work with assigned clients, needs analysis, preparation of proposals.
- Preparation of technical proposals - ability to understand technical specifications, prepare commercial proposals, coordinate them with project managers.

- B2B sales experience - at least 2-3 years of active sales experience working with business clients, project solutions or technical equipment.
- Understanding of technical solutions - ability to understand the principles of audiovisual systems, sound, video, control technologies (advantage - experience in AV, IT or electrical engineering).
- Project sales skills - ability to work with long sales cycles, technical specifications, contractors, architects, integrators.
- Understanding of public procurement - an advantage if the candidate has worked with VP, tenders, preparation of technical proposals.
2. Personal qualities
- Responsibility and independence - ability to independently plan the working day, manage a client portfolio and ensure results.
- Negotiation skills - clear, reasoned communication, ability to defend the value of the proposed solution.
- Customer relations - ability to build long-term relationships, maintain constant contact, ensure customer loyalty.
- Analytical thinking - ability to assess project profitability, risks, technical nuances.
3. Education and languages
- Technical or managerial education - an advantage, but not necessary if the candidate has strong practical experience.
- English - ability to read technical documentation, communicate freely both verbally and in writing, with manufacturers and customers.
- Driver's license - necessary for mobility and visiting customers.
- Computer literacy - knowledge of MS Office software, the basics of Pragma accounting software would be an advantage.
