In this job, you will have the following main job responsibilities:
- Serving existing customers and attracting new customers;
- Maintaining and strengthening long-term relationships with customers;
- Order management and administration;
- Market analysis and identifying sales opportunities;
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient processes.
We hope you:
- You have analytical thinking, are motivated and result-oriented;
- You are able to work effectively with MS Office (especially Excel) programs;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You are able to communicate in English and/or Russian;
- You are organized, you are not afraid to work both independently and as part of a team;
- You have successful experience in similar work - a big advantage;
- You are able to receive a large flow of incoming calls.
