In this job, you will have the following main job responsibilities:
- Maintaining long-term and professional relationships with existing customers;
- Accepting, administering and coordinating concrete orders;
- Daily communication with customers;
- Coordinating the order fulfillment process and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of concrete;
- Promptly resolving order changes and non-standard situations.
We hope you:
- You have analytical thinking, are motivated and result-oriented;
- You are able to work effectively with MS Office (especially Excel) programs;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You are organized, you are not afraid to work both independently and in a team;
- You have similar work experience in the field of customer service, order administration, logistics or coordination - we will consider this an advantage;
- You are able to receive a large flow of incoming calls.
