Tasks and responsibilities
◾ Customer service and consulting in the Klaipėda physical store;
◾ While there are no customers in the store - you will devote all your time and attention to actively searching for customers (cosmetologists, spa centers, clinics, training centers, etc.);
◾ If necessary, together with Beautyfor marketing specialists, you will create individual and most relevant offers for customers;
◾ You will consult with customers by phone, e-mail and other communication channels, help them choose the most suitable goods and products, accept payment, and issue invoices;
◾ You will assess and respond to customer needs;
◾ You will help coordinate brand webinars and seminars in Šiauliai.
We strive to ensure that all of our customers' orders are implemented properly and on time. And if the day is not over yet, and all orders have already been fulfilled, we know how you can earn even more, but we will talk about this during the meeting.

Expectations for your competence
We hope that:
◾You have work experience in sales (at least 2-3 years);
◾You have work experience in customer service (B2C and B2B sales skills);
◾You have excellent communication and consulting skills;
◾ You are interested in beauty procedures and beauty products;
◾You work perfectly with a computer and Microsoft Word, Excel - this will not be new to you;
◾You have basic "Social media literacy", i.e. you have social media accounts on "Facebook" and "Instragram", you are able to communicate and use these channels as a communication and information dissemination and search tool;
◾ You are a responsible, diligent person and you strive for your goals;
◾ You know how to work independently and properly plan your working time;
◾ We would consider knowledge of Russian and English as a serious advantage;
◾You are not afraid of "cold" calls to clients;
◾You have a category B driving license (an advantage - but not mandatory)
