Sales Manager (s)

This is not a job where you will spend most of the day at your desk. Your main workplace will be the Samogitia region, beauty salons and meetings with beauty specialists.

You will start your working day at the BEINITAS office - you will briefly prepare for the day's visits, take the necessary goods, samples or other materials and leave according to a pre-planned route.

You will have a clear plan for each week, which cities and clients in Samogitia to visit. One day it may be Tauragė, the next - Telšiai, Mažeikiai, Plungė, Šilutė or another city in the region.

Your main task is to create sales through live contact with clients.

You will visit beauty salons, manicure, pedicure and other beauty specialists every day.

Your work will be:

actively search for and visit new clients in your region;

establish contact with beauty salons and individually working specialists;
introduce BEINITAS, our brands and products;
find out what products the client works with and what they currently need;
offer the most suitable products and solutions;
demonstrate products, present news and promotions;
sell and consistently grow the customer base and sales in your region;
maintain contact with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases;
plan your routes, visits and sales actions;
organize seminars for professionals in your region;
be responsible for organizing the seminar from inviting customers and gathering participants to preparation and smooth running of the event.

What is important to know before applying?

You will spend most of your working day in the car and at customers' homes.
This is an active, mobile sales job. Every day you will go to different cities in Samogitia, visit showrooms, meet new people, present products and build long-term relationships.
Therefore, this position is best suited to someone who enjoys:
traveling → meeting → interviewing → finding out the need → offering → selling → building a long-term relationship.

We are looking for someone who doesn't wait for the client to call. We want a team member who is comfortable making contact, entering a new salon, introducing themselves, starting a conversation, and showing how BEINITAS can be useful to a beauty professional.

In this position, you will have a lot of independence - you will get your own region, sales goals, and direction, but you will have to be able to manage your working day, visits, and relationships with clients yourself.

The salary consists of a fixed base part + a variable motivational part, directly linked to your sales results.
