What will you do?
You will be entrusted with the Klaipėda region, so the main focus will be on developing existing customers and strengthening long-term relationships, while actively seeking new business opportunities in the region. You will be one of six members of the sales team - you will have your own region, but you will always be able to rely on the experience and support of your colleagues.
- You will take care of existing customers in the Klaipėda region, strengthen long-term relationships and ensure high quality of service.
- You will identify additional cooperation opportunities and expand sales to existing customers.
- You will actively seek new business customers and create long-term partnerships.
- You will conduct negotiations and prepare commercial offers, and if necessary, you will involve product managers in meetings who will provide technical expert support.
- You will independently plan your activities and achieve ambitious sales results.
- You will work remotely for the majority of your working time, plan visits and visit customers in the Klaipėda region.
What do we expect?
- You have at least 3 years of experience in active B2B sales. We will consider experience working with the furniture, wood, construction or other industrial raw materials segment as an advantage.
- The ability to easily establish a relationship with customers and build long-term trust.
- Negotiation skills and result orientation.
- Independence in planning your work.
- Initiative and desire to grow with the company.
