Your mission and daily goals:
- Advise customers in the store - professionally, friendly and confident.
- Communicate with customers on the phone - help them find the best solutions.
- Develop projects and take responsibility for them.
- Promote sales and actively contribute to the growth of the company.
- Receive goods, take care of their arrangement, accounting and order.
- Purchase precious metals and carry out monetary transactions.
- Prepare invoices and administer online orders.
What are your strengths that are important to us:
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide quality customer service.
- Interest in the world of precious metals, gemstones or numismatics - or a desire to learn about it.
- Good organizational skills and ability to plan your time.
- Orientation to results and customer satisfaction.
