Nature of work:
- Active customer search: Effectively search for new customers and expand the circle of existing customers.
- Nurturing relationships: Ensure long-term cooperation with clients by offering them individual and high-quality reward solutions.
- Customer consulting: Helping customers choose the most suitable products based on their needs.
- Preparation of sales proposals: Prepare commercial proposals leading to mutually beneficial transactions.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends and contribute to the formation of the company's sales strategy.
- Maintaining order in the store.
We hope you have:
- Experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan work and achieve set goals.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and orientation to results.
- You speak and write Lithuanian correctly; knowledge of English would be an advantage.
