Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated, responsible and proactive sales manager who would contribute to the development of our online store, B2C sales and quality customer service.
Your responsibilities:
- Administration and coordination of online store orders.
- Communication with customers by phone, e-mail and live.
- Customer consultation and selection of the most suitable air conditioners, heat pumps and other HVAC products.
- Preparation of commercial offers and administration of customer inquiries.
- Active sales development and search for new sales opportunities.
- Maintenance of product information and balances in the online store.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring excellent customer experience.
