UAB Innovation Projects is an international personnel solutions company working with the German market. We are currently looking for a motivated sales manager to join our growing team and be responsible for finding new customers and developing long-term business relationships.
Main responsibilities:
Active search for new customers in the German market
Cold calls in German.
Communication by phone, e-mail and social networks.
Preparing and sending commercial offers
Organizing meetings and conducting negotiations
Maintaining long-term relationships with customers
Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
Cooperating with the selection and administration team
Coordinating sales processes and achieving results
