We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to join a successful sales team and conduct active sales in the German construction market.
You will work in a friendly team, where teamwork takes place, there is strong and constant support and understanding from colleagues.
Work in Marijampolė with regular business trips to Germany.

Nature of work
- Sales of company services to new and existing business clients in Germany;
- Active search for new clients and establishment of cooperation (Cold calls);
- Negotiations, preparation of commercial offers and conclusion of contracts;
- Communication with clients in person and by phone;
- Close cooperation with colleagues;
- Business trips to the Netherlands (1-2 weeks in Germany, 2 months in Lithuania);
- Participation in exhibitions.

- You speak German fluently;
- Sales is the best thing you know;
- You know how to sell a service;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You are strongly results-oriented;
- You know how to plan your time well and have analytical thinking;
- You are able to independently organize and plan tasks;
- You know how to work with CRM;
- You have good computer skills;
- You have a driver's license.
