Sales Manager

Actively search for new business clients in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Norway and other markets, introduce the company's IT services and manage the entire sales process - from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract.

Main responsibilities

Search for new clients in international markets.
Identification of potential clients and formation of a contact base.
Active contact with clients using LinkedIn, Facebook, e-mail, cold calls and other digital channels.
Presentation and consulting of IT services.
Analysis of client needs and proposal of the most suitable solutions.
Preparation of commercial offers.
Negotiations.
Preparation and conclusion of contracts.
Management of the sales process from the first contact to the closing of the deal.

Requirements

Experience in active B2B sales.
Ability to independently search for and attract new customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Orientation towards results and achieving sales goals.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
