We are looking for Sales Assistant to contribute to daily logistics activities, work with international customers and help organize truck transport.
We are looking for Sales Assistant to contribute to daily logistics activities, work with international customers and help organize truck transport.
Nature of work:
- Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers;
- Close cooperation with other departments;
- Tracking orders, coordinating them and transmitting information to customers;
- Managing customer inquiries and proposing solutions;
- Assisting the sales manager in carrying out daily tasks;
- Preparing activity reports and administrative documents.
We hope you:
- Have work experience in the field of transport logistics (at least 1 year), experience in the trucking segment is an advantage;
- You communicate fluently in English (German and French are an advantage);
- You are responsible, meticulous and attentive to details;
- You have motivation to work for team results and are able to solve situations independently;
- You want to grow and learn, you are not afraid of new challenges.
