When working with us, you will be responsible for:
- Working with the sales department's documentation and the company's internal system;
- Communicating with customers, providing information within the limits of one's competence;
- Searching for and coordinating transport, communicating with the warehouse regarding order loading, etc.;
- Coordinating orders (forming documentation, communicating about the possibilities of order production, coordinating delivery, etc. with responsible persons, monitoring the status of order implementation, controlling production residues);
- Smooth and informative communication inside and outside the company;
- Performing tasks assigned by other managers.
This job is for TAU if you:
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, Russian, Polish;
- You are computer literate;
- You are communicative, responsible, diligent, and attentive to details;
- You know how to work with documents and are able to plan your work;
- You are result-oriented and know how to solve problems.
Similar work experience and English language proficiency would be a great advantage.
