Nature of the proposed job:
- Maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Making proposals;
- Cooperation with colleagues from other departments, solving issues related to orders;
- Registration of orders in the database, preparation of necessary documentation;
- Assistance to the commercial manager in coordinating product orders;
- Systematization of data and preparation of activity reports;
- Preparation of product orders;
- Help for managers;
What do we expect from you:
- Computer literacy (ability to work with Microsoft office programs)
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of English. Russian language is an advantage;
- Communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Ability to achieve set goals;
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks;
- Initiative (a person capable of introducing innovations that improve work efficiency);
- category B driver's license;
