We are part of an international group of companies that provides shipyards, their subcontractors and industrial and energy projects with qualified labor - welders, electricians, plumbers, etc. Our clients are in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries. We are looking for someone who would bring in new clients from Western European countries.
WHAT WILL YOUR WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
- Search for new customers in Western and Northern European markets - shipyards and repair, offshore, industrial companies.
- Cold contact → meeting or video call → service presentation: organize 3-5 meetings with potential customers per week
- Preparation of commercial offers, coordination of pricing, negotiations and conclusion of contracts
- Business trips to customers and to industry exhibitions
- Work with CRM and close cooperation with the selection team to ensure that the promised person arrives at the site on time
WHAT KIND OF SPECIALIST ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- We believe that you understand and communicate well in German
- You have experience in sales
- You are a managerial and independent person
- You have an internal "engine" to achieve your sales goals
- You are not afraid of challenges and are a motivated person
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU IN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS?
- You will master our service and market specifics within the first month
- You will form a list of your potential clients and start consistent contact
- You will sign the first contracts and have real people working in the facilities
