You will be responsible for:
- Pleasant, prompt and high-quality customer service, provision of information;
- Organization of the work of the cash register area, work at the cash register;
- Formation of documents for returned goods, etc., resolution of issues regarding defective goods;
- Resolution of conflict situations;
- Management of accounting documents.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education, preferably in management;
- Have experience in retail trade – we would consider it an advantage;
- Have experience in computer literacy and office equipment use;
- Be positive, able to set priorities, work quickly and efficiently.
