DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

daily processes taking place in the sales hall;
maintenance of the store hall and proper arrangement of goods;
organization of cash registers and their smooth operation;
introduction of new colleagues and adherence to internally agreed processes;
maintenance of the quality system and compliance with requirements;
resolution of emerging situations with buyers;
organization of the store's work in the absence of the store director;
work in a shift work schedule: 4 working days from 10:30 to 22:30, 4 days off.

willingness to work in a team and achieve goals together;
courage to admit that you do not know and initiative in thinking "how to do it";
experience in trade;
professional education (an advantage in the field of trade);
knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
