In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of store operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating the work of the team. You will be responsible for the efficiency of store operations, improving sales results, and managing daily processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth customer service and store operations.
- Organize and control the work of employees, motivate and train the team.
- Supervise the display of goods, storage, orders and balance control.
- Ensure order, inventory and compliance with internal rules.
- Analyze sales results and make suggestions for their improvement.
- Take care of documentation, compliance with safety and health requirements.

- You have a university or higher education.
- You have at least 1 year of managerial experience with a larger team (50+ employees).
- You have a good understanding of retail processes and the organization of product flows.
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions.
- You communicate smoothly, are able to lead and organize work.
- You work excellently with a computer and have a good command of the Lithuanian language.

The final salary is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience. Bonuses are possible based on the results achieved.
