You will be responsible for:
- Organization, coordination and control of store activities, tracking results and implementing goals;
- Management and control of product supply, sales, balances, solving advertising issues;
- Supervision of product layout, trade equipment and inventory orderliness;
- Organization and control of repricing, price tag changes, and display of advertising posters;
- Active communication with store customers - service, consulting;
- Work at the cash register;
- Deputizing for the store director.
We hope you:
- You have a higher management education;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in retail;
- You have management experience;
- You are responsible, result-oriented, have teamwork skills;
- You are able to take responsibility for your own and your team's results;
- You know how to work with MS Office programs, you are familiar with clerical work;
- You speak Lithuanian well.
