Full-time
You will be responsible for:
- organizing work with your store team;
- forming your team and creating opportunities for growth;
- daily processes taking place in the store, questioning them and suggesting ways to make them easier;
- store indicators (KPIs), analyzing them and gaining insights into how to achieve the goals set;
- store operations, their compliance with the overall concept and adherence to internally agreed processes.
