The following activities await you:
- To assemble a team of store employees, organize their work and act together;
- To have goals and indicators set for the store and to want to implement them;
- To be responsible for organizing and controlling the store's activities;
- To ensure the efficiency of the store and to engage with the team in improving sales processes;
- To analyze the store's financial indicators, customer service level, draw conclusions and make decisions based on this;
- To ensure employee safety, fire and civil safety in the store;
- To represent the company during inspections by state institutions (VVTAT, occupational safety, fire safety, etc.).
