You will be responsible for:
- Effective organization of store processes to ensure smooth store operations;
- Organization of work of store personnel, creation of work schedules, distribution of tasks and control of activities (22 employees);
- Organization and ensuring of store customer service in accordance with the company's customer service standard;
- Solving supply, advertising, sales problems arising in the store's activities;
- Supervision and control of store economic activities;
- Preparation of documentation and reports.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in retail;
- You have management experience;
- You are responsible, result-oriented, able to think strategically and make decisions quickly;
- You are able to take responsibility for your own and your team's results;
- You know how to work with MS Office programs, you are familiar with clerical work;
- You speak Lithuanian well;
- You have a driver's license.
