In this position, we are looking for a leader who would plan and organize the activities of the shopping center, form and develop the team, ensure a product range that meets customer needs and high-quality customer service, while creating an attractive and effective product display.
Your responsibilities
- lead the store's commercial and operational activities, ensuring the implementation of sales and profitability goals;
- form and implement the store's strategy, taking into account the needs of the regional market;
- lead the team, develop it, motivate it and create a work culture based on engagement;
- ensure high quality of customer service and compliance with product display standards;
- manage the product range, inventory and coordinate supply chain processes at the store level;
- analyze sales results, prepare reports and make proposals to improve operational efficiency;
- ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements and internal rules of procedure.
Hopefully
- you have experience in managing a retail store or a large department (DIY, building materials or similar sector - an advantage);
- you are able to effectively lead and inspire large teams (30+ employees);
- you have excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
- you are focused on results, meeting customer needs and employee engagement;
- you have a good command of the Lithuanian language;
- you have a category B driver's license.
