Nature of work:
- Organization of store staff activities: task distribution, delegation and control;
- Ensuring high quality customer service;
- Development and motivation of team members to achieve the best results;
- Monitoring and analysis of retail indicators,
- Planning of product orders and assortment analysis;
- Providing proposals to optimize the unit's activities;
- Administration of documents related to the management of the unit.
Expectations for the employee:
- Working on a rolling schedule, according to the total accounting of working hours;
- Enthusiasm, orientation towards achieving results;
- Ability to recognize and propose new opportunities;
- Experience in leading and coordinating a team in the field of trade (retail is an advantage);
- Quick orientation towards the client and results;
- Higher or higher education in the field of management or economics;
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office software package.
